THE TOM PROCTOR BAND

Start with a song from the heart, add a style that reminds you of Garth Brooks, George Strait, Charlie Daniels, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash.  Throw in some killer guitar leads, a thumping bass, world-class drums, kicking harmonies, and an Outlaw Country voice that reaches down deep into your soul and makes you feel like you just came home.  Then get ready to laugh, cry, remember good times, clap, dance and tap your toes, because the Tom Proctor Band is going to sing you a story.

Tom Proctor, a well-known actor, was on a film set in Nashville, playing a recurring role as Wayne, the best sound engineer in Nashville, on the TV show "Nashville."  That's a lot of Nashvilles.  A music supervisor overheard him playing a guitar during the lunch break, recognized his uniquely original talent, and helped launch his music career at songwriting stages all over Nashville.  Tom's film fans would travel in to get an autograph at a meet-and-greet, hear him play, and express unexpected surprise at his music being great!  Tom still uses his movie popularity to draw audiences to concerts across the U.S.  With an impressive list of roles in Guardians of the Galaxy, 12 Years a Slave, Birth of a Nation, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Justified, Baskets, Nashville and many more, Tom's movie fans arrive at his music concerts and are quickly transformed into Tom Proctor Band fans.  It's hard not to fall in love with the soulful man far away from home, longing for comfort but driven to find fame in the spotlight and concert crowd.  This man will tug at your heart strings whether you want him to or not.

"In My Loving Arms" is just such a hit song, going viral with over 112,000 views on YouTube immediately after release. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TduFYe_ie3A  Popular with bikers and classic rock lovers, Tom Proctor Band pumps through "Born To Ride" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToH70CMfLMk and "47 Harleys" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQNSnXjxZsA as if they're riding down the highway doing 85.

Tom's debut album, "The Working Man," launched a hit single "In Hollywood" https://youtu.be/UAszPunIAEg  that took first place on KDub Country as Best Songwriter of the Year, Best Single of the Year, and Best Radio Play of the Year.  The next 20 songs have been recorded and are ready for release, with music videos coming soon.  Meanwhile, the audience is thrilled to hear both old and new favorites, even requesting unreleased songs they've come to know from the band's performances.  The combined experience of the Tom Proctor Band includes three Gold Albums, shared stages with Shenandoah, Restless Heart, Bellamy Brothers, Michael Martin Murphy,  White Snake, Charlie Jenkins, Nathan Osmond, Bailey James, Jamie O'Neill, and more.  Band members have toured with George Benson, Stevie Wonder, and the Del Rays, and played in well-known bands such as The Happenings, Saddle Boogie and Virgin River Band.

You'll find this fun-loving band of professional musicians (and certified Outlaws) touring festivals, biker rallies, rodeos, and concerts benefiting veterans suicide prevention organizations.  Wherever there are good folks, cold beer, and hot barbecues, the Tom Proctor Band will be playing guitars around the campfire and singing stories.
